From what age are your figures suitable?

Our imaginative figures and craft sets are designed for children aged three and up. Smaller parts may pose a choking hazard for younger siblings – please always check the age recommendation on the packaging.

How long does shipping take?

Within Austria, we usually deliver within three to five working days. Deliveries to Germany and Switzerland may take a little longer depending on customs clearance. You will receive tracking information by email.

Can I exchange a set after purchase?

Yes, you have 14 days to exchange unopened and undamaged items for another figure or set. Simply send us a short message at info@schleichtoys.com – we will take care of it.

Do the craft sets include all materials?

Each set contains the essential basic materials such as cardboard pieces, paints, brushes, and glue. For some projects, we recommend additional household items like empty toilet paper rolls or fabric scraps – this is then stated in the product description.

Are there also workshops or events?

Yes, we regularly offer open craft afternoons at our store at Lina-Zangerl-Platz 77. You can find the dates on our website or ask directly by phone at 0650 0269149.

How environmentally friendly are your products?

We predominantly use FSC-certified paper, water-based paints, and recyclable packaging. Some figures are made from wood remnants from local furniture production. Our goal is to create toys that bring lasting joy and are gentle on the environment.
